Best Buy credit card services wins for the most human call center response I’ve ever gotten.

Call Center Operator: Thank you for you five years of loyalty. How can I help you today?

Me: I want to cancel my card.


We both laughed, then she asked why I was canceling.

Me: I got it when I bought a fridge at Best Buy because it was cheaper. But I haven’t used the card since. Honestly, I don’t even go to Best Buy.

Call Center Operator: I hear you. I went there last week and bought a laptop for like a grand… and it sucks.
